NOB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NOB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 120 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NOB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASS1P6, LINC02654, and KRT18P45. Each is linked with NOB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NOB1-to-partner and partner-to-NOB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASS1P6 grouped by NOB1-low versus NOB1-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NOB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NOB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
