Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NMD3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,999 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NMD3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RFC4, MRPL47, and EEF1AKMT4. Each is linked with NMD3 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NMD3-to-partner and partner-to-NMD3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NMD3 versus RFC4 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.50.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NMD3→partner) and Y-score (partner→NMD3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
