NKX2-8

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKX2-8 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 395 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKX2-8-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-83P, TMSB4Y, and PI4K2A. Each is linked with NKX2-8 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKX2-8-to-partner and partner-to-NKX2-8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-83P grouped by NKX2-8-low versus NKX2-8-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKX2-8→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKX2-8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
