Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKX2-1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,136 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKX2-1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NKX2-1-AS1, SFTA3, and NKX2-8. Each is linked with NKX2-1 in more than 28 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKX2-1-to-partner and partner-to-NKX2-1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NKX2-1 versus NKX2-1-AS1 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.
