NKD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NKD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,965 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NKD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SELENOTP2, GTSE1-DT, and MIR1913. Each is linked with NKD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NKD1-to-partner and partner-to-NKD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SELENOTP2 grouped by NKD1-low versus NKD1-high in KIRP.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NKD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NKD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
