Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, NFIA-AS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,305 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible NFIA-AS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PHLDB1_S404, PLAC9, and PLVAP. Each is linked with NFIA-AS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFIA-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-NFIA-AS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NFIA-AS2 versus PHLDB1_S404 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFIA-AS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFIA-AS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
