NFATC4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NFATC4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 206 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NFATC4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM149A, IQCF5, and CRISP1. Each is linked with NFATC4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NFATC4-to-partner and partner-to-NFATC4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM149A grouped by NFATC4-low versus NFATC4-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NFATC4→partner) and Y-score (partner→NFATC4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
