Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NFATC4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NFATC4 data layer compared with 6 for mutation status and 4 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher NFATC4 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NFATC4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC and BRCA show a favorable association.
UVM, ACC, and LGG are the cancer types where NFATC4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
