NF1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NF1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 817 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NF1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PXMP2, FAM47A, and KIAA2012. Each is linked with NF1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NF1-to-partner and partner-to-NF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→NF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
