NDUFS7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NDUFS7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 959 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NDUFS7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-84P, MIR4497, and RNA5SP424. Each is linked with NDUFS7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFS7-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFS7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-84P grouped by NDUFS7-low versus NDUFS7-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NDUFS7→partner) and Y-score (partner→NDUFS7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
