RNU1-84P

associated omics data
RNA, U1 small nuclear 84, pseudogeneGenealiases: []

Q-omics provides the consensus-scored RNU1-84P profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. RNU1-84P expression is associated with patient survival in 9 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, RNU1-84P is differentially expressed in 1, with the highest sampling consensus in THCA. Additionally, RNU1-84P RNA expression shows 6,131 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in BRCA. Together, these results highlight LUSC, THCA, and BRCA as cancer lineages where RNU1-84P shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.

Every result is evaluated using two consensus scores. Sampling consensus measures how consistently a finding is reproduced within a cancer lineage across different conditions. Lineage consensus measures how broadly the result is shared across cancer types, distinguishing pan-cancer signals from lineage-specific patterns.

Survival associations

This table summarizes RNU1-84P survival associations across molecular data types. RNU1-84P RNA expression shows survival associations in the most cancer types (9). The rightmost column indicates the cancer type with the highest sampling consensus for each molecular layer.

This table ranks reproducible RNU1-84P RNA expression–survival associations across cancer types. High RNU1-84P expression shows unfavorable associations in LUSC, LIHC, ACC, KIRC, GBM and STAD. The LUSC Kaplan–Meier curve shows clear separation, with the high-expression group declining faster, consistent with the unfavorable association (log-rank p = .002). Together, the overview and detailed table identify LUSC as the clearest survival context for RNU1-84P RNA expression.

This table ranks reproducible tumor–normal expression differences for RNU1-84P. A negative fold-change indicates higher expression in normal tissue than in tumor tissue. RNU1-84P shows lower tumor expression in THCA. The THCA box plot shows higher RNU1-84P RNA expression in normal versus tumor tissue (log2 FC = −0.139, t-test p = .018).
