The most reproducible NDUFB4P4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TPM4P1, SDAD1P2, and RN7SKP49. Each is linked with NDUFB4P4 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NDUFB4P4-to-partner and partner-to-NDUFB4P4 results are reported.
