Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, NDUFB4P4 RNA is linked to patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated NDUFB4P4 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher NDUFB4P4 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated NDUFB4P4 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CESC and LUAD show a favorable association.
UVM, CESC, and READ are the cancer types where NDUFB4P4 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
