Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAT14 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 22 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAT14-associated genes across cancer lineages are IL17A, ZYXP1, and MIR4734. Each is linked with NAT14 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAT14-to-partner and partner-to-NAT14 results are reported.
