Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MIR4734 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MIR4734 expression is associated with patient survival in 8 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in THYM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MIR4734 is differentially expressed in 6, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Additionally, MIR4734 RNA expression shows 3,016 significant protein co-abundance associations, with the highest sampling consensus in CCRCC. Together, these results highlight THYM, KICH, and CCRCC as cancer lineages where MIR4734 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
