NAA40

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, NAA40 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 1,371 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA40-associated genes across cancer lineages are CMTM6, PACSIN2, and IL2RB. Each is linked with NAA40 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA40-to-partner and partner-to-NAA40 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CMTM6 grouped by NAA40-low versus NAA40-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA40→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA40) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
