NAA16

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, NAA16 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,395 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible NAA16-associated proteins across cancer lineages are HMGB1, RAD21, and PDS5B. Each is linked with NAA16 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both NAA16-to-partner and partner-to-NAA16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, NAA16 versus HMGB1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (NAA16→partner) and Y-score (partner→NAA16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
