The most reproducible MYO7B-associated genes across cancer lineages are EHMT2-AS1, CAV1, and EPCAM. Each is linked with MYO7B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYO7B-to-partner and partner-to-MYO7B results are reported.
