MYLK-AS2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYLK-AS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,964 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYLK-AS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are RPL32P3, AGO3, and MYLK-AS1. Each is linked with MYLK-AS2 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYLK-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-MYLK-AS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MYLK-AS2 versus RPL32P3 in UCS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MYLK-AS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MYLK-AS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
