Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MYLK-AS2 RNA is linked to patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MYLK-AS2 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher MYLK-AS2 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MYLK-AS2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as PAAD and LGG show a favorable association.

UCEC, KICH, and ACC are the cancer types where MYLK-AS2 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
