Across TCGA patient cohorts, MYCBP2-AS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,583 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MYCBP2-AS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAN1B1, MYCBP2_S2833, and MYCBP2. Each is linked with MYCBP2-AS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MYCBP2-AS2-to-partner and partner-to-MYCBP2-AS2 results are reported.
