Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTX3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,016 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MTX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MRPS27, COX7C, and FPR2. Each is linked with MTX3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTX3-to-partner and partner-to-MTX3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTX3 versus MRPS27 in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
