Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTX3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,513 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are UBE2V1P14, RNA5SP198, and RAB5CP2. Each is linked with MTX3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTX3-to-partner and partner-to-MTX3 results are reported.
