The most reproducible MTND4LP30-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Protein ufmylation, Amino acid metabolic process, and Endoplasmic reticulum organization. Each is linked with MTND4LP30 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTND4LP30-to-partner and partner-to-MTND4LP30 results are reported.
