Q-omics provides the consensus-scored MTND4LP30 profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. MTND4LP30 expression is associated with patient survival in 18 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, MTND4LP30 is differentially expressed in 5, with the highest sampling consensus in KICH. Additionally, MTND4LP30 RNA expression shows 14,970 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in ACC. Together, these results highlight ACC, and KICH as cancer lineages where MTND4LP30 shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
