The strongest signal is observed in adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC), where higher MTND4LP30 RNA is associated with better overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTND4LP30 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as ACC and CESC show a favorable association.
ACC, LUAD, and CESC are the cancer types where MTND4LP30 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
