MTCO3P9

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MTCO3P9 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,937 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MTCO3P9-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTCO3P13, MTCYBP35, and MTRNR2L9. Each is linked with MTCO3P9 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO3P9-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO3P9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MTCO3P9 versus MTCO3P13 in LAML, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MTCO3P9→partner) and Y-score (partner→MTCO3P9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
