The most reproducible MTCO1P10-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vesicle-mediated transport in synapse, Cellular respiration, and Regulation of protein localization to chromosome, telomeric region. Each is linked with MTCO1P10 in more than 10 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MTCO1P10-to-partner and partner-to-MTCO1P10 results are reported.
