Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MTCO1P10 RNA is linked to patient survival in 15 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MTCO1P10 data layer.
The strongest signal is observed in thymoma (THYM), where higher MTCO1P10 RNA is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MTCO1P10 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as COAD and ACC show a favorable association.
THYM, COAD, and LUAD are the cancer types where MTCO1P10 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
