The most reproducible MT-TN-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of dephosphorylation, Negative regulation of dephosphorylation, and Golgi localization. Each is linked with MT-TN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT-TN-to-partner and partner-to-MT-TN results are reported.
