MT-TA

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MT-TA RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,667 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT-TA-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cellular response to insulin-like growth factor stimulus, Cerebral cortex radially oriented cell migration, and Obsolete post-embryonic animal organ development. Each is linked with MT-TA in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT-TA-to-partner and partner-to-MT-TA results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT-TA→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT-TA) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
