MT-CO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MT-CO1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 151 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MT-CO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR2AK2, INSRR, and SMIM21. Each is linked with MT-CO1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MT-CO1-to-partner and partner-to-MT-CO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MT-CO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MT-CO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
