MST1R

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MST1R protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,713 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MST1R-associated genes across cancer lineages are TSPAN1, SNHG30, and TMEM30B. Each is linked with MST1R in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MST1R-to-partner and partner-to-MST1R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MST1R versus TSPAN1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MST1R→partner) and Y-score (partner→MST1R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
