Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MST1R RNA is linked to patient survival in 25 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MST1R data layer compared with 9 for mutation status and 3 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in bladder urothelial carcinoma (BLCA), where higher MST1R RNA is associated with better disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MST1R expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as BLCA and UCEC show a favorable association.
BLCA, ACC, and UCEC are the cancer types where MST1R RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
