MST1R

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MST1R mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 862 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MST1R-associated genes across cancer lineages are MSTN, FAM149A, and PPP2R5E. Each is linked with MST1R in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MST1R-to-partner and partner-to-MST1R results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MSTN grouped by MST1R-low versus MST1R-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MST1R→partner) and Y-score (partner→MST1R) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
