MSMP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MSMP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 152 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MSMP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-812P, USP37P1, and OR10AE1P. Each is linked with MSMP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MSMP-to-partner and partner-to-MSMP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MSMP→partner) and Y-score (partner→MSMP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
