Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS34 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,138 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS34-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DCTPP1, JPT2, and PGP. Each is linked with MRPS34 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS34-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS34 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPS34 versus DCTPP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS34→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS34) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
