Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPS23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 52 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MRPS23-associated genes across cancer lineages are YWHABP1, MTND1P29, and RPL7AP56. Each is linked with MRPS23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPS23-to-partner and partner-to-MRPS23 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, YWHABP1 grouped by MRPS23-low versus MRPS23-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPS23→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPS23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
