MRPL51

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, MRPL51 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,151 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL51-associated genes across cancer lineages are STRAP, TPI1, and MAGOHB. Each is linked with MRPL51 in more than 19 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL51-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL51 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL51 versus STRAP in BLOOD_Myeloma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.76.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL51→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL51) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
