Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL37 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,737 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL37-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MCM4, MCM5, and MCM6. Each is linked with MRPL37 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL37-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL37 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL37 versus MCM4 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.64.
