MRPL2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MRPL2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,524 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MRPL2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TBCC, CMTR1, and XPO5. Each is linked with MRPL2 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MRPL2-to-partner and partner-to-MRPL2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MRPL2 versus TBCC in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MRPL2→partner) and Y-score (partner→MRPL2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
