MROH2A

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MROH2A RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,725 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MROH2A-associated proteins across cancer lineages are GSTM2, TOP2A, and NCOA5. Each is linked with MROH2A in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MROH2A-to-partner and partner-to-MROH2A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MROH2A→partner) and Y-score (partner→MROH2A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
