MROH2A

RNA & survival
SurvivalRNAKaplan–Meier · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, MROH2A RNA is linked to patient survival in 26 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated MROH2A data layer compared with 1 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in kidney renal papillary cell carcinoma (KIRP), where higher MROH2A RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated MROH2A expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as THYM and READ show a favorable association.

KIRP, THYM, and MESO are the cancer types where MROH2A RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.

RNA survival associations by lineage

Ranked by sampling consensus. AUC1 and AUC2 indicate survival in the high- and low-expression groups, respectively; the lower AUC marks the poorer-surviving group. p-values are from the log-rank test.
