Across TCGA patient cohorts, MPHOSPH9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,782 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MPHOSPH9-associated genes across cancer lineages are FGF21, SHPK, and KRTAP21-1. Each is linked with MPHOSPH9 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MPHOSPH9-to-partner and partner-to-MPHOSPH9 results are reported.
