MON1B

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MON1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,766 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MON1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are TYMSOS, ZIC2, and ETFA. Each is linked with MON1B in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MON1B-to-partner and partner-to-MON1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TYMSOS grouped by MON1B-low versus MON1B-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MON1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→MON1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
