MMP8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMP8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,743 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMP8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PLIN2, HK3, and ITGA5. Each is linked with MMP8 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMP8-to-partner and partner-to-MMP8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMP8 versus PLIN2 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMP8→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMP8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
