MMACHC

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MMACHC protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,649 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MMACHC-associated genes across cancer lineages are IQCG, ABCC11, and SHC2. Each is linked with MMACHC in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MMACHC-to-partner and partner-to-MMACHC results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MMACHC versus IQCG in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MMACHC→partner) and Y-score (partner→MMACHC) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
