MKS1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MKS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,461 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VEZF1, UBR7, and PRPF6. Each is linked with MKS1 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKS1-to-partner and partner-to-MKS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, MKS1 versus VEZF1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
