MKS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, MKS1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 35 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible MKS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Di-Ras3. Each is linked with MKS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKS1-to-partner and partner-to-MKS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by MKS1-low versus MKS1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (MKS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→MKS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
