Across TCGA cell cohorts, MKS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,164 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible MKS1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions, Transport along microtubule, and Regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with MKS1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both MKS1-to-partner and partner-to-MKS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA splicing, via transesterification reactions grouped by MKS1-low versus MKS1-high in LUNG_SCLC.
